Kids Camp 2019

What a great 2 days it has been. We’d love to thank all our volunteers as well as sponsors for making this Kids Camp a great success. Truly we were blessed to have had the opportunity to serve the children, to engage them in activities that forged meaningful relationships between all who were involved.

There’s so much we’d want to tell you about the programme (and we can go on for days) but we’ve got one of our head mentors Gregory who has managed to sum up his experiences in a wonderful paragraph:

“I am thankful for having the opportunity to be a part of the kids' camp. It was heartwarming to see children from various backgrounds coming together to participate in this kids' camp. Seeing how a simple art activity brings out the best of their creativity and how an ordinary football can bring so much fun and laughter reminds me of the beauty of volunteering. It gives us the opportunity to create little memories like these in someone's life. An opportunity to make someone happier, even if it is for a fleeting moment.”
