We provide peer-led immersive sessions and practical workshops to enhance our skills and effectiveness in serving the community. Volunteer Training
We deeply believe in capacity building, and we ensure this by providing ample opportunities for our volunteers to be skillful and equipped through workshops and expert sharings to advise on ways to improve engagement and effectiveness in implementing programs.
Through this, we hope to support volunteers and provide an active platform for them to co-develop programs to inspire greater social impact.
Volunteer Engagement
Our volunteers are Cahaya’s most valued asset. To honor their hard work and dedication, we organize an annual BBQ dinner to celebrate and thank volunteers from all communities. Alongside delicious food, the event features fun games and activities designed to foster team spirit and ensure everyone has a great time.
