Dialogue with MP Henry Kwek

On 23 May 2020, Cahaya Community hosted a dialogue with MP Henry Kwek. MP Kwek shared with us about the social challenges in community development. One concern is to tailor programs to the needs of the community across diverse, complex backgrounds. He also touched on how the shifts in the geopolitical landscape would impact our economy and thus, the families we serve. Lastly, he shared his vision for Kebun Bahru where leaders of different social services collaborate to create a common database and mutual understanding in a holistic approach. Together, we will achieve a Kebun Bahru with an integrated services model for each and every family
