Open Dialogue

We had our very first dialogue session with our volunteers on 7th June 2020! This dialogue session was held to have a conversation with our volunteers about their experience with Cahaya Community. Through the zoom meeting, we heard many heartwarming stories as well as the different challenges that our volunteers faced. We also shared how to become a more effective volunteer through our experiences. Finally, we wrapped up with a reflection on the areas that we could improve on as an individual and as an organisation. This included some of the projects that we could embark on to support our volunteers better and different ways we could bring out volunteer family together!
